New York-based Pathos AI, which uses AI to develop cancer drugs, closed a $237 million Series E at a post-money valuation of about $3 billion, nearly double its $1.6 billion valuation in May 2025, in a round led by Bristol Myers Squibb. Pathos says its Foundry platform runs thousands of specialized AI agents that combine clinical, genomic and competitive data to choose the next decision for each drug program. The money will move its lead antibody-drug conjugate JSKN016 toward registrational trials and advance three other clinical-stage cancer drugs, one partnered with AstraZeneca.
